You'll notice it from the moment you walk in:  The aroma of fresh baked bread or handcrafted lunch and (take home) dinner cooking in our deli's open kitchen.  The charm of the barrel roof and exposed trusses in our historic building (which was originally the Monarch Dairy). 

The tastes of all sorts of delicious foods we hand you as you wander about.  The abundance of great meats, cheeses, produce and other delicious foods, most of which come from within 100 miles and all of which come from Colorado.
