Our kitchen handcrafts soul-warming soups and hand-packed sandwiches made with ingredients from our market. We want you to be able to pick up ingredients from our store and re-create our homemade foods right in your own home! Most of our recipes take 20 minutes or less, and we’ve got ‘em for every season. We want to provide Chaffee Co. with real, delicious food and teach you how to cook it too!
We understand that everyone has different dietary needs and preferences. Amongst our own staff of 6, we have 3 lactose intolerants, 1 vegetarian-ish and 1 gluten-free, and we still manage to make staff breakfasts we can all enjoy! Egg Salad on Rosemary – All-American and as good as it gets - especially since it’s heaped on fresh rosemary-sea salt-olive oil bread so it really pops!
Dave’s Famous Chili – big chunks of grass-fed/finished beef and pastured-pork paired with organic pintos, tomatoes, black olives and seasoned to perfection!
Curried Potato Pea – Organic potatoes from the San Luis Valley in delicious coconut milk curry, with fresh garlic, onions and peas – I’M VEGAN
